At just 13 years old, Mia is cycling 200km in July '25 in memory of her nan, Bev, who sadly passed away from cancer this year.


She’s raising money for In My Wildest with incredible heart and determination — thank you so much, Mia. Your nan will be very proud indeed!!

 In honor of his mum, Bev, who sadly passed away just weeks earlier, Julian took on a Brave the Shave challenge to support In My Wildest. His incredible effort raised £723.21, and with donations from Bev’s beautiful funeral, the total surpassed £1,000. 


We are deeply grateful for Julian’s bravery and generosity, and we’ll make sure to do both him and Bev proud as we support our first beneficiaries this year.

IMW460 Challenge - In August 2024, our trustee Shaun will be challenging himself to running, walking and swimming a total of 460km, one km for each life lost to cancer daily.

In June 2024, Kieran raised an incredible £760.51 by swimming 12 miles over 24 hours in Luxborough lake.  Thank you from everyone at IMW, what an achievement.

In May 2024, our trustee Leigh ran the UTMB World Series UTS race, raising £448.47 in the process. The heat proved to be a hurdle too far and DNF'd at 34k and 2100m elevation in. Training has started for a 2nd attempt in 2025.
